I offer infant sleep and potty training support to families in Northern Ireland and beyond.
My aim is to work holistically and individually with each child and their family to provide tailored advice and support to allow you to navigate any issues in a calm and gentle way.
I offer various sleep packages depending on your family’s needs and cover areas such as preparing you for your newborns sleep, night wakening, early wakening, how to promote sleep for you little one and co-sleeping to name a few.
I also offer support in potty training your child; I know this can be a stressful time for parents and the child. In order to eliminate any stress, I offer educative work around potty training, such as identifying cues that your child is ready to potty train and techniques to assist with potty training and supporting with challenges you are facing within potty training. I will also support and guide you through the potty training process.
As a mum of 3, I know that all children are very different. Therefore, in whatever area you may need support, I will get to know you and your child and create an individualised sleep or potty plan for you and them.

Patricia is a full spectrum doula supporting people through the big thresholds in life – birth, death, and trauma. With more than 13 years of experience, her work blends science-based approaches with compassionate, interpersonal care. This is particularly the case when supporting families who have had previous losses or traumatic experiences.
As a doula mentor and trainer, Patricia has committed to restoring ancestral skills of tending to birth as a non-medical event. You can up-skill with her in monthly doula workshops and even qualify as a baby loss doula through the upcoming winter training.
