Should you be dissatisfied with any of our products, the original retail purchaser of the Product may return all Your Baby NI products purchased in the original transaction, in their original condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser and Your Baby NI will exchange it or provide a full refund of the original purchase price. Please note that this policy applies only to Products you purchase directly from Your Baby NI. This is in addition to your legal rights.
Requesting a Refund
A Your Baby NI order is eligible for a refund if you’ve had it less than 30 days, and the order is returned in good condition with original packaging. Your Baby NI does not cover shipping costs for returning products in order to get a refund or replacement. You will need to contact us prior to returning the order to receive the proper return instructions.
Return and Refund Instructions
Once you have submitted your request you will be contacted within 24 hours with instructions on how to return your order.
Please note that all orders need to be returned to the Your Baby NI Office in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Upon receipt, we will verify that all of the Tag-It products in your original order are included with the return and that they are in good physical condition. Once the refund has been processed a confirmation message will be sent out with information on when the refund should be expected.
